INT or MP +2 (INT recommended)

When you get to level 8 put first point on Magic Bolt.
-Put next 5 on Improved MP Recovery.
-Master Improved MaxMP Increase
-Put 1 on Magic Claw for a better attack.
-Master Improved MP Recovery.
-Add next 19 points to Magic Claw so its Mastered.
-Then put 3 on Magic Guard
-Finally put last 17 points on Magic Armour.

If you do it in that order you will achieve max MP for your level without using skill points on MP.
You might find it a little tedious training your magician with Magic Bolt, but that is what dedication is for,
or you can join a party.
